At EDOZOS, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers worldwide, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We are glad to offer Fast & Free Shipping to Mainland, the UK through Royal Mail.

  • Domestic (Standard) within Mainland UK.
    • Royal Mail 24hr Service, delivery aim (1-2 working day) 
  • Domestic (Tracked & Signed for) within Mainland UK. (You can also pay a small fee for Peace of mind delivery as your parcel will only be handed over when a signature is taken on delivery)
    • Royal Mail 24hr Service, delivery aim (1-2 working day) 

 

International Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer international shipping services with Royal Mail, UK. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to.

  • Standard Services.
    • Europe delivery aim (3-5 working days)
    • Rest of World delivery aim (5-7 working day)
  • Business Tracked and Signed for. (You can also pay a small fee for Peace of mind delivery as your parcel will only be handed over when a signature is taken on delivery)
    • Europe delivery aim (3-5 working days)
    • Rest of World delivery aim (5-7 working day)

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be paid upon arrival in the destination country. Custom, Duties and taxes vary by country, and Edozos encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

Suppose you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, in that case. In that case, goods will return to Edozos at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. We will not refund the cost of the initial shipping.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

  • Dispatch Time: Orders usually dispatched within 1-day (24HR) of payment of an order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. 
  • Change of Delivery Address: We can make the delivery address changes at any time before the order is dispatched. 
  • P.O. Box Shipping: Edozos can ship to P.O. box addresses using Royal Mail services only. We cannot offer other couriers services to these locations in case Royal Mail services are not available.
  • Items Out of Stock: If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
  • Tracking information: Some time due to free shipping (Domestic) tracking information is not available.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will follow their shipment's progress based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel is delivered without your presence, please contact customer service with the next steps.
